Return Policy : General
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and product purchased;
- All refunds will be in the form of a store credit;
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit;
Return Policy: Perishable (Refrigerated, Baked Goods, Shelf stable)
- Perishable items must be returned within 24 hours of purchase;
- A store credit will be considered within 7 days or upon the completion of the investigation;
- A store credit will be offered if the return is a result of our error or a product does not meet our Quality Standards;
Return Policy: Perishable (Frozen)
- Perishable items must be returned within 14 days of purchase;
- A store credit will be considered within 7 days or upon the completion of the investigation;
- A store credit will be offered if the return is a result of our error or a product does not meet our Quality Standards;
Return Policy: Housewares
- Housewares are inspected at time of purchase for any damages. A customer signature on the receipt verifies the inspection;
- A store credit will not be issued for damaged housewares;
- Faulty houseware equipment is subject to manufacturers’ policy;
